As I was out walking on this beautiful November day to gather power and inspiration I noticed yet more uncarved small pumpkins being thrown out with the trash. AHHHHHH my mind responds when I see this - pumpkins are food! Please share with your friends and neighbours that pumpkins can be baked, roasted, boiled, mashed, pied, muffined, cookied, pancaked.... and eaten. They are high in beta carotene - that bright orange colour, vitamin C and E, loaded with fibre and if you eat the seeds
you get the gift of zinc. And if you are not going to eat them please give them to someone who will or at least compost them. Give some LOVE to pumpkins!
